SUMMER MENU AT CENTRALE RESTAURANT LOUNGE

Centrale Restaurant Lounge invites the gourmands to taste his delicious menu composed of the flavors and colors of the summer season.

Taste and lightness are the hallmarks of our cuisine prepared with great care and utmost respect for the raw material selected.
Starters sophisticated and sought after as the "Seared scallops with yogurt sauce and mustard seeds" or " Warm Cubin of Tuna with Ricotta cheese and Curcuma" that delight the taste with freshness and fragrance.

Pasta dishes where the ingredients of Italian cuisine finds its best expression, do not miss our "Blacks sea bass ravioli with mint sauce" or the " Tagliolini with lobster and summer truffle Scorzone".
