Exceptional godmother of the Mardi Gras at  the Centrale Restaurant Lounge is the singer Nicoletta Capri, prestigious frontwoman with great jazz music experience.
Accompanied by piano, she'll astound you with this famous songs during the Gala Dinner.
To celebrate the last night of the Carnival of Venice, in the evening dedicates to women, the candle-lit restaurant is tinged of yellow as also the chef's menu:

Starter
Shi drum tartare marinated with ginger, petals of Mango, pink grapefruit, currants and pistacchios from Bronte
First Course
Seafood and saffron risotto, lemon zest and wild rocket
Main Course
John Dory fillet, yogourt with turmeric, peppermint and vanilla pumking cubes
Dessert
Mimosa sweet

Yellow also in cocktails and long drinks, served in the lounge area and yellow bouquet in tribute to the ladies
